Go Elite

  • Go elite event

Go Elite is our top tier of sports membership here at UWLSU.

Go Elite means you can rub shoulders with UWLSU sports teams in training sessions. You'll also benefit from Get Active’s fitness classes and the fun activities of Be Sport.

What's involved?

You do not need to commit to weekly attendance and you can sample all of the sports club sessions on offer. If you feel you wish to make the leap to competitive level, you will be offered the opportunity to sign up as a full club member via a specialised top-up payment.

Look for the classes and sessions on offer in your membership tier and sign up to the classes you like. Choose between weekly and a handful of special feature events scheduled throughout the year.

Also, get the most out of your money by going to as many sessions as you can. Attendance is unlimited within each tier!!! Once you have booked your sessions, turn up, have fun, improve and get fitter. Then tell your friends and classmates about how great the programme is.

What sort of classes are on offer?

Visit Get Active and Be Sport sections to see what’s on and book your place.

All fitness and wellness sessions are led by an expert instructor handpicked for UWL students who want to exercise. Sport sessions are generally 'open play' with some specialist coach-led structured sessions too, to further your techical abilities. Prepare to be amazed and entertained in equal measure.

Studying and juggling the demands of life with a fun, student-focused activity programme has never been more enjoyable.
