I paid for my membership upfront how will I be refunded?
We will be crediting the time we are closed onto the end of your membership, this will happen automatically when we re-open.
Will my membership be unfrozen now that the gym is opened?
Yes, your direct debit payment will resume automatically once the gym re-opens. You will be charged monthly for your gym membership.
I’ve cancelled my pay monthly membership instead of freezing, what should I do?
We’ll be waiving the joining fee for the first week that we re-open in order for who may have cancelled their direct debit without knowing about the freeze.
What measures are being put in place to ensure my safety?
In line with UWL health and Safety and Government guidelines, we are putting together a comprehensive plan to ensure that when you return the UWL Sport and Fitness centre is as safe as it possible can be.

Do you offer personal training?
Yes. We have experienced personal trainers at our Sport and Fitness Centre and we will be happy to help you with your fitness goals. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on personal training.
Does my membership include fitness classes ?
Yes. All members who are paying by Direct Debit or Upfront, are able to participate in any fitness class as part of your membership.
