Speak to your coordinator

Make sure to ask your coordinator for an update on your student group budget/funds so you know how much you have available to spend.

Ensure that prior to making any purchases, you inform your coordinator so they can approve the spend and also ensure that there is enough money available in your funds.

Your coordinator is able to purchase items for you using the UWLSU credit card. The purchases will then come directly out of your student groups funds. Please send details and links of your desired purchase as this helps your coordinator to ensure that you receive the correct items. Your coordinator will get the items delivered to the UWLSU office based at the SMR campus and will inform you once your items have arrived

Purchases over £20

Any purchases over £20 must be made by your coordinator. This will ensure that you are not put at risk of financial hardship. You are also welcome to ask your coordinator to make purchases that are under £20.

Clothing/merchandise purchases

If you would like to purchase clothing or create/design merchandise for your student group, please reach out to your coordinator with design ideas, quantity and sizes that you would like.

Failure to follow these processes could result in delay or deny of reimbursement.
