Getting refunds

If you make a personal expense (after approval from your coordinator) you need to submit a refund form so you can receive the funds back directly from your student groups funds. You can find the downloadable refund form under 'useful downloads' on this page, on the resources page or you can email your coordinator who will be able to send it to you. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to come through. Once you have completed the refund form please email it to your coordinator via su.studentgroups@uwl.ac.uk who will be able to get it processed for you.

Remember before you make any purchase you need to inform your coordinator so they can approve your purchase and also ensure that there are enough funds in your student group account

Two committee members will need to sign off the form to say that they're happy with what's been purchased
