Steps to win! Walk 150,000 steps over 4 weeks (31st January - 27th February). Getting out and walking significantly betters your mental health and wellbeing – get out of the house, walk in nature, get your endorphins flowing, explore your local area and you could be in with a chance of winning a wellness hamper worth over £150! Download the Moves+ app and sign up to the challenge to enter.
What to expect:
Walk 150,000 steps over 4 weeks to be entered into a giveaway of a wellness hamper worth £150
How do I get involved?
Download the Moves+ app and sign up to the challenge – once you complete the 150,000 steps you will be entered into the giveaway. If you win an email will be sent to your student email account with details of how to claim!
How to download the app and get started:
Search ‘Moves+’ in your app store and click download (IOS or Android).
Enter your details
Make sure you use your @student.uwl.ac.uk email address.
Follow the steps to create your profile.
Connect your fitness tracker.
Once your tracker is connected, your points will update automatically.
Get moving to earn points. (Walk, Run, Cycle or Swim)

How to join a challenge:
Open the app
Tap the ‘Explore’ tab
Tap the ‘Challenges’ tab
Tap on the challenge
Tap ‘Join’ (you can only join one challenge at a time!)
