Mind Yourself & Get Involved is UWLSU new Mental Health program. 

This program is designed to increase physical activity in our students and to improve our minds and better our mental health at university.  We will be offering classes, sessions and activities that include; fitness, sports or just for fun lighthearted sessions.

Sign yourself up and get involved in a FUN, ACTIVE and HARD WORKING "MNP Fitness" Class.  This Boxercise Class is a weekly 1 hour session - Every Wednesday 12:00-13:00 @ Queens Court Gym, Reading.  The sessions are designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS AND ABILITIES to encourage weight-loss, body toning and flexibility. 

Along side the physical aspects and improvements, you'll leave your sessions SMILING (tired yes, but with a sense of self achievement and confidence). We often think that the body and mind are separate. But what you do with your body can have a powerful effect on your mental wellbeing!
