Good News UWLSU, we are now offering our members the chance to join our live fitness classes which will be held via zoom
We understand the crucial role of our abdominal muscles and how they support us in our everyday activities. Our core class will be an intense abdominal exercise that is designed to tone the stomach and increase our core strength. Some of the exercises include planks, crunches, V-ups and much more. The online core class will be delivered by our UWLSU Gym staffs and it is completely FREE!
