At UWL Sport and Fitness Centre, we have many classes that you can participate in such as Yoga| Pilates | Tabata| Bootcamp | LBT | Strech | HITT | Core | Circuits + Body Conditioning

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, we have an array of classes to push and pull you as hard or as little as you. Members can book on to:

  • YOGA
  • PILATES
  • TABATA
  • BOOTCAMP
  • LBT
  • STRETCH
  • HITT
  • CORE
  • CIRCUITS
  • BODY CONDITIONING.

The fun doesn’t stop there, as we will be introducing many more throughout the year and will cater for every level of ability! Don’t worry, this will all be included in the price of your membership!

If you aren’t a member and want to attend a class, feel free to drop by the office and pick up a class pass for just £5.

Booking Classes

We love to put on fun, challenging and well attended classes. To ensure we can prepare appropriately, we ask all members to book on to classes in advance and to cancel any bookings if you no longer intend on taking part.

If you ‘no show’ without cancelling, it wastes a place for another member on our waiting list.

If you now show 3 or more times, your class booking privileges will be withdrawn for 30days.
