Whether you are a regular gym goer or a couch potato willing to be more active, this society is for you. We welcome anyone interested in or striving to improve in Calisthenics, Weight lifting, Physical health, Mental health, Emotional health, and any other aspect of health. Our committee members are more than willing to guide you in the right direction.
