If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from UWLSU Advice, you are encouraged to discuss this with your Advisor if you feel comfortable doing so in order that they can address any problems you may have with how your case is being or has been, handled. If you do not feel able to do this, you can contact UWLSU’s Advice & Outreach Manager or UWLSU’s Representation & Insight Manager directly with your concerns and they will respond within 3 working days.

We ask for your student number in order to contact you about your feedback, you do not have to provide this information, however, we will not be able to follow-up on your feedback with you without it. This information will be stored securely by UWLSU Advice and not shared with any third party without your prior consent.
Any feedback you provide will be stored securely within UWLSU Advice. Any feedback will be anonymised and will be used as part of a general report about our service at up to four points in the year. You have the right to see any information our service holds about you by contacting the Advice & Outreach Manager.
