2024/25 Impact Report

Our 2024–25 Impact Report shows how University of West London Students’ Union has worked alongside students, the University and our partners to deliver meaningful change over the past year.

Guided by our strategic priorities of Engagement, Attainment, Employability, Wellbeing and Community, everything we do is focused on improving the student experience and helping students feel supported, represented and empowered.

This year, we’ve:

  • Increased engagement by creating more inclusive opportunities for students to get involved, have their say and shape decisions that affect their education and wider university experience.
  • Supported attainment by strengthening academic representation, responding to feedback and working with course teams to improve learning environments.
  • Enhanced employability through skills-building opportunities, student leadership roles, volunteering and partnerships that help students prepare for life beyond university.
  • Promoted wellbeing by delivering accessible support, wellbeing-focused activity and campaigns that prioritise students’ mental health and sense of belonging.
  • Built community by bringing students together through events, societies, sports and shared spaces that celebrate diversity and connection.

We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together this year and grateful to every student, staff member and partner who has contributed. This Impact Report celebrates that collective effort and sets out how we’ll continue to deliver positive change for students in the year ahead.
